Important to know:

• Pre-orders are only possible until 12 p.m. the day before. We need this lead time in order to be able to prepare everything. We really only prepare as many portions as were ordered. This is how we avoid waste and act economically. 

• The meals are delivered packaged. The containers are largely made from sustainable raw materials (sugar cane, for example)

• The food picked up should not wait too long to be consumed. They are intended for immediate consumption; cold foods can be stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 48 hours (note the best-before date).

• The bowls can be warmed with the foil for 3-4 minutes in the microwave at 800 W or approx. 5-7 minutes in the oven at 110°C.
  
  
• If you don't pick up your pre-ordered food 3 times, a 4-week period will follow blocking.
