Develop your own approach to mindfulness

Mindfulness is rooted in a long tradition of meditation. Since around 30 years, researchers are investigating the origin of this popular concept and were able to show positive impacts on health and wellbeing.

In this workshop, you will learn what mindfulness consists of and which possibilities there are to cultivate this approach.

Contents:

• What is mindfulness and how can I integrate it into my daily life as a student?
• Overview about effects and action mechanisms
• Discovering the possibilities of using mindfulness for practical purposes
• Breath meditation
