Make Your Studies More Organized and Less Stressful

Target Group: Autistic students (self-diagnosed individuals are welcome)

University life can be challenging for autistic students, but there are many helpful resources available to deal with the challenges of studying. In this workshop, we will explore specific support services, tools and strategies that can help you structure your studies, reduce stress, and address your individual needs. You will also have the opportunity to identify resources that work best for you and create your personal toolkit for university life.

Instructor: Sabina Beck (M.A. Philosophy & B.A. Social Work) works as an editor and diversity trainer. She brings her personal experience of living with autism to the workshop.
