What am I good at? [Only in German]

Identifying and presenting your own strengths, skills and competences

No matter if we call them “strengths”, “skills” or “talents” - many people, including academics, find it difficult to recognize their own strengths and present them, for example in job interviews.

In this workshop, we will conduct three methods of a “competence assessment”, using the three most common and recognized approaches. Eventually, we will learn how to put our findings into words confidently and naturally - a useful skill for potential job interviews.

The methods used will differ in structure and linguistic approach, from completely predetermined to phrasing in a free way. Methods for further, independent self-evaluation will also be offered and introduced.

To prepare, please take the online personality test for which you will receive a link with your registration.

Please bring a printout of your CV and the result of the online personality test with you.
