Yes, in case of a semester abroad or an internship. You will need permission from our Tenant Services team. Look for the person who suits you. It is only important that the subtenants are authorized to live in the studierendenWERK. A subtenancy agreement is concluded between the tenant and the subtenant, the rent remains the same, and you may also request a deposit from the subtenant. In any case you remain the main tenant with all rights and obligations. The sublease is valid for a maximum of 6 month.
