Rental of vacant rooms:

The residents of a shared room are allowed to choose their new roommates themselves, but each resident receives his or her own rental contract. For this purpose, a WG casting takes place. The selection is the responsibility of the WG tenants. In order to be invited to the casting, you must have already applied for housing through our housing portal and have an active application. The WG must observe the General Equality Act (AGG) in the selection process.
