According to the stipulations of the founders, rental agreements may only be concluded with students of the Technische Universität Berlin.

 

Allocation of vacant rooms:

In this dormitory, the existing residential community, chooses the next tenants themselves when rooms become vacant. This is done via a casting procedure. The InfoCenter Wohnen informs 20 people from the waiting list about a vacant room. The students network with each other independently and get to know each other. The selected person then receives the rental contract.
