Deutsches Studentenwerk (DSW)

The Deutsches Studentenwerk is the governing association of all 57 Studierendenwerke (student unions) in Germany and a public law institution. It is mainly responsible for supporting the social, economic and cultural needs of students. Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD)

The Deutscher Akademische Austauschdienst refers to a joint institution of universities and student unions within Germany. Above all, the institution focuses on maintaining its international connections. They accompany and help you with the first steps for a student life in Germany.
