Clear the stage for student talent! No matter if you rap, sing, do magic or a handstand... Show your talent to the audience on stage in the open space.
You have a talent that you always wanted to show in front of an audience? At the Mix it! Talent Contest you can expect a relaxed atmosphere, professional technology and a great student audience. Plus, all acts can win 50 euros for their performance and more! All acts are welcome: No matter if you juggle, slam, play in a band, perform or do magic tricks. Mix it! is the talent competition for Berlin students, open to all disciplines.
Since we get many solo applications from the field of music, we are especially looking forward to applications from other fields, such as dance, theater, poetry, slam, bands, cabaret, etc.. Have the courage and apply! Please note: A final confirmation is only possible on the Monday before the event, because we pay attention to a balanced mix of the disciplines.

If you don't want to perform yourself, but want to see great acts and that completely free of charge, then just come along. At the end of the evening it's up to you! Because the audience decides who wins the audience award of the evening in the amount of 200 euros and qualifies for the big Mix it! Final at the end of the year.
Attention: For fairness reasons you have to see all acts if you want to vote. If you arrive after the first act has started, you will not be allowed to vote.
Unlike before, in 2023 there will be seven Mix it! Open Stage competitions and no more individual Mix it! categories anymore. So you can register with any program for a Mix it! competition with any program. However, you can only register for a maximum of two Mix it! contests per year. You have a maximum of 10 minutes for your performance, receive 50 Euros and can also win 200 Euros if you are chosen by the audience. As a winner, you will automatically take part in the Mix it! Night of the Talents, where you can win the 1000 Euro audience award in the final at the end of the year!
