2-day film workshop with Leonard Bertram
Have you always wanted to edit your own film? Maybe you've already shot footage and tried your hand at video editing? In our workshop you will learn how to edit videos professionally. The two-part film workshop is aimed at anyone interested in learning the basics of film production, from shooting planning to film technology, shooting sequences and post-production. The result of the entire workshop is a short video project created by the participant or in a group.
The second part focuses on ‘post-production’ and builds on the filming of your own project. You will use illustrative exercises to:
- work on the basics of post-production
- get an introduction to the free editing programme Shortcut
- edit your own video material with the support of the course instructor
- Please bring a laptop or similar for editing!
Date: Saturday, 08 - Sunday, 09.03.2025, 10:00 - 16:30 each day

We recommend attending the ‘Shooting’ workshop beforehand. There you will create your own image material. If you do not attend the first workshop, we ask you to bring your own material.

A binding registration for the course is only possible for students of our partner universities.
