Lena Ellenberger (she) and Sina Pollmann (genderqueer) have been involved in the "Mit Sicherheit verliebt" project for several years, providing sex education in schools and giving workshops. Len is the author of the sex education book "Mit Sicherheit verliebt." She writes, works, and researches on queer and feminist issues, with a particular interest in the intersections of gynecology, sexual medicine, and self-determination. Sina is a research associate at the Institute for Sexual Science and Sexual Medicine at Charité Berlin. Sina is studying psychology at the University of Potsdam and works as a prospective sex therapist with clients and couples on sexual and (trans*)gender well-being.
Feminism and queerness also play an important role for Len and Sina in their private lives. What drives them is the question of why people are not treated equally in our society and how we can expose and change this unequal treatment and discrimination. Len and Sina think that every single person can do their part. And that starts with flirting.
