Explore Berlin from a completely new perspective - from the water! The two-hour ‘Wind of Change’ canoe tour takes you on an exciting journey through the city's past and present. The starting point is the historic Funkhaus Berlin, once the centrepiece of GDR broadcasting. From there, we paddle along the Spree past the Spreepark, on to the Island of Youth and the Stralau peninsula, which was once an industrial area and is now one of Berlin's most sought-after residential areas. On the way, we discover a sunken tram tunnel, the former Stasi prison in Rummelsburg and the famous Funkhaus Berlin.
Throughout the tour, you will be accompanied by a guide who will tell you the fascinating stories of these places at special shore locations.

The Kulturwerk Berlin of studierendenWERK BERLIN regularly organises a variety of excursions and tours for students during the lecture period.
