The Mensa HfS Ernst Busch at Zinnowitzer Straße is a modern canteen within the catchment area for the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts Berlin.

Treat yourself to a breather from university life – here on our terrace overlooking the Spree River: studierendenWERK BERLIN staff members offer a diverse, healthy and colourful range of breakfast options: freshly baked bread rolls, croissants, fruit quark, yogurt, fruit and snacks such as wiener sausages, potato salad, German meatballs, and fresh salads. Starting from 11:30 a.m., you can choose between at least two homemade lunch dishes; one of these is always vegetarian. To round of your meal, we recommend our coffee specialties like espresso, cappuccino or latte macchiato, with a slice of cake.

Green traffic light: The best choice – the more often the better. These meals have good nutritional quality because they have a high nutrient and low energy density. The proportion of fats is low. A health-promoting cooking method is used.

Yellow traffic light: A good choice – every now and then. These dishes have a medium nutrient density. The dishes contain moderate amounts of sugar and fat. Especially dairy products and carbohydrate-rich ingredients are found in these meals.

Red traffic light: Rarely – best combined with dishes with a green traffic light. These dishes have a very low nutrient density. High-fat dairy products and meat, as well as breaded dishes, are often part of these dishes. Deep-fried foods also fall into this category.
