21.11. - Dark Night: Night of November depression

Preventing low points

‘Depressive mood is the number one reason why students visit the psychotherapeutic counselling centre all year round. However, we regularly notice a particular increase in the months from November onwards,’ says Irina Theisen, Head of the Psychotherapeutic Counselling Centre at stW BERLIN.

The Dark Night programme, which was set up in collaboration with the Culture & International Affairs department, offers low-threshold ways of dealing with the winter blues. Our ‘Dark Night’ is anything but gloomy.
This year, there will be a colourful mix of silent disco, arts and crafts, singing together and guided workshops that actively tackle the dark season.
There's even a cosy corner with a massage chair.

We'll show you how we can make a good and healthy start to the winter semester together.

The event is free of charge, as is the food.
Registration is not necessary. Just come along!
