This icon labels our fish. It means that the fish comes from sustainable fisheries.
This icon means that the dish comes from sustainable agriculture.
The cloud symbol shows the Co2 footprint. There are green, yellow and red clouds (which, as in the traffic light system, indicate that the Co2 footprint can be good, medium or even bad).
The drop symbol shows the water footprint. There are green, yellow and red drops (which, as in the traffic light system, represent that the water consumption for the production of this dish was high, medium or low).
